What Areas Do You Offer Your Services?

The Nicholas Luke Estate Sales is proud to serve the greater Kansas City Metropolitan Area, from Parkville to Belton and Grain Valley to Olathe. Locations outside our geographic footprint may incur additional charges.

What Days Are Best for Sales?

While exception do occur, we typically plan and execute sales starting Friday morning and concluding Monday afternoon, as these are the industry standard and peak days. Ask your consultant for date exceptions or holiday hours.

Can I Cancel or Reschedule My Sale?

We offer a 48-hour no charge cancellation policy. However, cancellation 48+ hours will result in a cancellation fee, plus and reimbursables and or approved expenditures. 

How Long Will an Estate Sale Take?

A typical sale begins with a quick evaluation and appraisal; upon scheduling, you can expect approximately one (1) week of setup and preparation, then following a four (4) day sale. 

What I Should Remove Before a Sale?

Prior to the sale, you and our team will identify sellable goods and personal items. Any items not included in the sale will need to be removed from the property. Items accidentally left will need to be identified immediately to our team for further action.

What If I Change My Mind on an Item?

You have the right to change your mind on selling any of your items at any time; however, if an item has previously been identified, priced and marketed as part of the sale, a service fee will be charged for the removal of each items identified.
